If questions about quality or service arise, we reply and offer solutions within 24 hours. For problems on installation sites caused by the stone itself, we handle them free of charge. If products are unable to be repaired, we offer replacements. Post-installation quality issues are serviced at basic cost for materials and travel, with no labor fees charged.
