We maintain strict quality control with a polished degree of 90 or up and a thickness tolerance of ±1mm. All products are fully inspected one piece at a time before shipment.

Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 6 weeks after the order is confirmed, depending on the project size and material availability.
How are the stones packed for international shipping?
We use strong, 2.3cm thick wooden crates that are fumigated and compliant with sea freight standards. We also use foam and plastic for water resistance and protection.
