Are samples available for free?
Yes, we offer samples free of charge. However, delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.) are at the buyer's account. These fees are refunded once an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is 20-50 sqm. However, trial orders are available and we are always open to discussing your specific project needs.
What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, we require a 30% deposit before processing and 70% before shipping via TT.
